Mr. Green, 49, has served as Chairman/CEO of Dallas, Texas based Real Time Resolutions, Inc. since its inception in March, 2000. Real Time Resolutions, Inc. is one of the largest mortgage specialty servicers in the U.S., servicing problem mortgage loans for many national institutions and investment banks. Previously, Mr. Green was president of FirstPlus Financial, Inc., a Dallas, Texas headquartered, publicly traded, mortgage origination, servicing and securitization company, and was president of Western Interstate Bancorp, an Irvine, California based mortgage bank holding company, specializing in the origination of second lien home loans. Mr. Green received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Southern Methodist University, his MBA in management from the University of Dallas and a fellowship from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton School of Business), as well as a law degree from Texas Wesleyan University. Mr. Green serves on the board of the Center for Nonprofit Management as well as on the Dean's Council and Parent's Council of Brandeis University. Mr. Green has been married to his wife Debbie for 24 years and together they have three children; Scott (21) and Adam (19) and Brian (16).
